These are questions we often face throughout the lifespan, they just seem to become more prevalent as we age and mature, as we face challenges, obstacles, pandemics, and external circumstances we cannot control. Many of these thoughts and the associated emotional toll they bring into our life cause additional stress. Becoming a more self-aware, centered person helps us remain grounded, focused, and attentive to what we are able to control and what we need to “let go of” in our path to healthy well-being.
