Our Approach
Psychological services include individual or partner meetings that entail an integrative approach inclusive of neurocognitive, behavioral, biopsychosocial, person-centered, positive psychology, and evidence-based practices. I seek to empower people to become a more mindful version of themselves. I approach each person as a unique human being, listening to their needs as a whole person – integrating their mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, lifestyle, and personality characteristics into developing healthy rapport – ultimately aiming to help each person enrich themself. My focus and expertise is on Healthy Aging and Quality Lifestyle, Memory concerns/loss, Anxiety, Cognitive impairment, Dementia, Caregiving, Stress, cognitive and emotional support for people of diverse backgrounds. I also offer informational, educational presentations regarding memory and aging, dementia, caregiving, healthy aging, and benefits of health-promoting exercises like Qi Gong, Yoga, and Tai Chi.
