Nusha helped me reframe my ideas and consolidate my thoughts.  Her gentle, soothing voice as she repeated back my thoughts in a clear, concise way really helped me reframe and reformulate my thoughts and ideas. She listened to me talk and spill out my thoughts, going in different directions in a caring, patient way – that was huge, I felt so relieved, much lighter, less anxious. By the end of the session, I was able to have more clarity than when we first started. The entire process was really beneficial. It really makes a difference to have someone hear you out and give you soothing feedback. The reframing helps you understand yourself, reflect and move forward.
